10. Exemptions from Payment of Interest

10.1 Applications for exemption from payment of interest levied on payment of fund contributions which are in arrears must be submitted to the Regional Council for consideration.

 

10.2 Applications will be considered by the Regional Council Committee.

 

10.3 Applications must be accompanied by the reasons as to why the payment of funds is in arrears.
