16. Findings and reasons for decision

16.1During the meeting of the Committee where an application has been considered, the Committee must provide the convenor with a decision on the application and with brief reasons for that decision.

 

16.2The convenor must circulate the Committee's decision and reasons to the applicant, the trade union if applicable and the Regional Office of the Council where the applicant is located.
