3.1The Committee shall consider applications submitted in line with Clause 22(2)(a) of the Plastics Industry Main Collective Agreement;

 

3.2All applications for overtime exemptions and notices for short tie, lay-offs and retrenchments will dealt with administratively by each Region of the Council.
