Issuing a certificate in terms of section 135(5) |
(1) | A certificate of outcome, issued in terms of section 135(5) of the Act, that the dispute has or has not been resolved must identify the parties to the dispute, as well as the nature of the dispute as described in the referral document or as identified by the commissioner in consultation with the parties during the conciliation proceedings; |
(2) | If the dispute that has been referred to the Council for conciliation has not been enrolled for conciliation within the 30-day conciliation period, as envisaged in section 135(2) of the Act, a certificate of non-resolution will be issued after expiry of said 30-day period in accordance with section 135(5) of the Act. |
