26. Correcting the citation of a party

(1) If a party to any proceedings has been incorrectly or defectively cited, the Council or a commissioner may of its own accord or by consent of the parties or on application and on notice to the parties concerned correct the error or defect.

 

(2)An application to have a citation corrected must be made in accordance with Rule 35.
