Extention to Non-Parties of the COVID-19 Lockdown Collective Agreement

5. 2020 Round of Substantive Negotiations

5.1. The parties acknowledge that the spread of COVID-19 has thrown the Council's normal substantive negotiations processes into disarray, through fault of either employers or the trade no union.

 

5.2. The parties accordingly agree to postpone the commencement of the 2020 round of bargaining to a date to be agreed between the parties, and confirm that any agreement reached when the 2020 round of bargaining is eventually concluded shall be backdated to 1st September 2020.
