The Terms and Conditions which are Area Specific are set forth herein below. Insofar as there may be any conflict between the Provisions of this Agreement that are applicable on a National Basis i.e. the Terms and Conditions recorded above, and those that may be applicable to a Specific Area, recorded below, the Provisions which are Area Specific, shall prevail.
