I, STEPHEN RATHAI, Director: Collective Bargaining, duly authorised thereto by the Minister of Employment and Labour, hereby, in terms of section 32(6)(a)(i) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, extend the period fixed in Government Notice No. R.497 of 18 May 2018, R. 1155 of 30 October 2020 until as as amended from time to time.
