Resolved that the enclosed RULES be adopted with effect from 1 January 2013 and that the FUND be operated in terms of these RULES.
Confirmed that the FUND is applying to be exempted from the requirements of sections 9A and 16 of the Pension Funds Act, 1956 (the ACT).
