Land Reform (Labour Tenants) Act, 1996 (Act No. 3 of 1996)

The Court shall have the same powers as the High Court to review an act, omission or decision of any functionary acting in terms of this Act or purporting to act in terms of this Act or of any court in respect of proceedings contemplated in section 13 or of any arbitrator in respect of proceedings taking place before him or her in terms of section 33(3), and shall exercise such powers to the exclusion of the provincial and local divisions of the High Court.
