46. Notice to Surveyor-General of application to court

Before any application is made to a court for an order affecting the performance of any act in a Surveyor-General’s office, the applicant shall give notice in writing to the Surveyor-General concerned at least 21 days before the hearing of the application, and the Surveyor-General may submit to the court such report thereon as he or she may deem desirable.
