Land Titles Adjustment Act, 1993 (Act No. 111 of 1993)

In this Act, unless the context otherwise indicates—

"applicant"

means a person by whom, or on behalf of whom, an application has been submitted to a commissioner in terms of section 6;

"commissioner"

means the title adjustment commissioner concerned appointed under section 3;

"designated land"

means the land designated by the Minister under section 2 to be dealt with in terms of this Act;

"Director-General"

means the Director-General of Land Affairs;
