67. Term of office of members of Board

(1)A member of the Board holds office for a term of three years, but may serve as a member for one further term if he or she is again so elected or designated, as the case may be.

 

(2)Despite subsection (1), a member remains in office after the expiry of his or her term of office until the commencement of the term of office of his or her successor.
