Legal Practice Act, 2014 (Act No. 28 of 2014)

Immediately prior to the dissolution of the National Forum in terms of section 96(4) of the Act, all liabilities and obligations of the National Forum, of whatever nature, must be settled by the National Forum so that at the date of dissolution, the National Forum has no liabilities or obligations.
