DEFINING OF PRODUCTION AREA: LIONS RIVER

That portion of land situates within the following boundaries:

The boundary of Lions River district follows basically the existing magisterial boundary with minor deviations in order to respect topographic entities.  The area is predominantly Ecca and Beaufort parent material with dolerite intrusions that currently form the hill ranges on which the demarcation is based.
