DEFINING OF PRODUCTION AREA: AGTER-PAARL

 

That portion of land situates within the following boundaries:

 

The Agter-Paarl ward is a drainage basin and is mainly defined on farm boundaries and roads. This ward borders on the north side the production area Voor-Paardeberg (ward) and on the west side the production area Swartland (district) to the southernmost northern point of farm 936. From there with an imaginary straight line to where it joins the general southern boundary of farm 471; thence south-east with the general boundaries of the farms 471, 481, 469, 482 and 716 to the southern boundary thereof, thence northeast with an imaginary line and the farm road in the vicinity of the farms Groenfontein where it joins the R44 road; thence further northeast with the latter road to the south-western corner of Rhenosterkop 1334; thence north-east with the southern boundary and the south-eastern boundaries of the said Rhenosterkop 1334, Farm 1542, Paarl Diamant 459, Bellevue 455 and Hoogstede 429 to the north-eastern corner thereof; thence generally north with the northern boundary of the said Hoogstede 429 and the road to where it joins the south-eastern corner of the production area Voor-Paaradeberg (ward).
