4. Reservation with regard to the abbreviation "W.O." and certain expressions

Unless authorised thereto in terms of a scheme, no person shall in connection with the sale of wine use the abbreviation “W.O.” or the expressions “Wine and Spirit Authority", "Wyn- en Spiritusraad”, "certified” or “gesertifiseer" or any word, expression or abbreviation that so resembles the said abbreviation or expressions that it will deceive or is likely to deceive.
