7. Reservation with regard to the use of certain words

No person shall use in connection with the sale of a liquor product, whether produced in or imported into the Republic, the words "port", "sherry", "sjerrie", "grappa", "ouzo", "oýæï", "korn" , "kombrand", "jägertee", "jagertee", "jagatee" and "pacharan", unless that liquor product is entitled to use such a word under the Act, applicable European Union legislation or an applicable international agreement.
