14E. Requirements for Cape dated tawny

A Cape dated tawny shall—

(a)also be a wine of origin;
(b)comply with the requirements for a Cape dated tawny as set out in the regulations made under the Act; and
(c)not reveal any unacceptable quality characteristics.
