Wine of Origin Scheme

14G. Requirements for Cape vintage

A Cape vintage shall—

(a)also be a wine of origin;
(b)comply with the requirements for a Cape vintage as set out in the regulations made under the Act; and
(c)not reveal any unacceptable quality characteristics.
