Only the following substances may be added to a sacramental beverage, either before, during or after the production of manufacture thereof:
(a) | yeasts and harmless yeast nutrients; |
(b) | tartaric acid, citric acid and malic acid; |
(c) | carbon dioxide; |
(d) | activated charcoal; |
(e) | sulphur dioxide, potassium meta bisulphite and sodium meta bisulphite; |
(f) | L-ascorbic acid; |
(g) | gelatine, tannin, agar-agar, bentonite, filtering asbestos and activated clay; |
(h) | enzymes; |
(i) | caramel; and |
(j) | concentrated must. |
(k) | cane spirit. |
