Wine of Origin Scheme

14U. Requirements for alcohol free wine

An alcohol free wine shall—

 

(a) not be a wine of origin; and

 

(b) comply with the requirements for an alcohol free wine set out in regulations made under the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 54 of 1972.
