Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989)

Any word or expression in these regulations to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act must have that meaning and, unless the context otherwise indicates—

"the Act"

means the Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989); and

"the Liquor Products Regulations"

means the regulations published under the Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989) by Government Notice No. R. 1433 of 29 June 1990, as amended;

"the Wine of Origin Scheme"

means the Scheme established under the Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989) by Government Notice No. R. 1434 of 29 June 1990, as amended.
