32. Appointment of Manager
Purchase
(1)
The
Board
must appoint a person as the
Manager
of the Board.
(2)
The person appointed as the Manager holds office—
(a)
for an agreed term not exceeding five years, but which is renewable; and
(b)
subject to the terms and conditions applicable to
employees
.
