Lotteries Act, 1997 (Act No. 57 of 1997)

In these regulations any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act shall have that meaning so assigned and, unless the context indicates otherwise—

"applicant"

means a juristic person which applies for registration in terms of section 66(1) of the Act;

"The Act"

the Lotteries Act, 1997 (Act No. 57 of 1997).
