106C. Offences relating to judgments, emoluments attachment orders and instalment orders

(1) Any person who requires the applicant to consent to a judgment or any instalment order or emoluments attachment order prior to the granting of the loan, is guilty of an offence and on conviction liable to a fine or to imprisonment not exceeding three years.

 

(2) Any person who fraudulently obtains or issues a judgment, or any instalment order or emoluments attachment order in terms of this Act, is guilty of an offence and on conviction liable to a fine or to imprisonment not exceeding three years.
