Marine Pollution (Control and Civil Liability) Act, 1981 (Act No. 6 of 1981)

The Minister, the Director-General and the Authority may delegate to any person or to two or more persons any of the powers conferred upon them respectively in terms of the provisions of this Act other than, in the case of the Minister, the provisions of section 28.
