6. Moving of ship or tanker from certain area

The Authority may order the master of any ship or tanker to move, subject to such instructions as the Authority may issue, his ship or tanker and any object it may have in tow from an area in which removal of pollution of the sea by a harmful substance is in progress or about to be undertaken.
