6. Application for registration as end-consumer, importer, storer, exporter or processor of maize, oilseeds, sorghum and winter cereal

(1) An application for registration in terms of clause 5 shall be made on the application form available from SAGIS.

 

(2) The application form shall be completed in ink by a person who is duly authorised and it shall be accompanied by the corroborating documentation as specified in the application form.

 

(3)The application form shall be submitted to SAGIS at any of the addresses as furnished on the official application forms.
