5. Imposition of levy

A levy is hereby imposed on (subject to clause 7) all macadamias received from a grower, by an exporter, importer, processor or consolidator (which for the avoidance of doubt includes a “grower” who falls within the definition of the term “consolidator”) of macadamias.
