Establishment of Statutory Measure: Determination of Guideline Prices and Levies relating to Potatoes

3. Employment of statutory levies

Levies collected will be used in accordance with the business plan for the imposition and use of the statutory measure submitted by the PIDT to the NAMC, of which:

 

(a) At least 20% of the funds collected shall be used for transformation.

 

(b) Approximately 70% of the funds collected shall be used for the core activities of the potato industry.

 

(c) Not more than 10% of the funds collected shall be used for the administration of the statutory measures.
