A manufacturer, importer or wholesaler may use a medicine or scheduled substance sample for exhibition purposes or to introduce such medicine or scheduled substance to healthcare providers or the public: Provided that such samples—
(a) | are only meant for such exhibition or the launch of such medicine or scheduled substance; and |
(b) | may not be handed out or given to any healthcare provider or member of the public. |
