Proclamation No. 20 of 2017

By the President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of the Section 45 of the Medicines and Related Substances Amendment Act, 2008 (Act No. 72 of 2008) ("the Amendment Act"), I hereby, determine 01 June 2017 as the date on which the Amendment Act, shall come into operation.
