133. Rights to wages and provisions and when such are to commence

The rights of a seafarer of a South African ship to wages and provisions shall be deemed to begin either at the time at which he commences work or at the time specified in the agreement or articles of indenture, as the case may be, for his commencement of work or presence on board, whichever first happens.
