284. Court may require delivery of certificate during course of investigation

A court of marine enquiry may at any time during the progress of the investigation order any master or member of the crew affected by the investigation, and a marine court may at any time during the progress of the investigation order any master or ship's officer affected by the investigation, to deliver his certificate to the court forthwith.
