(1) | Any party may be represented by an attorney for the purpose of suing out subpoenas and by an advocate or attorney for the purposes of examining, cross-examining or re-examining witnesses or addressing the Court. |
(2) | The Secretary may he represented for the said purposes by any person appointed by him whether or not such person is an advocate or attorney. |
