12. Representation of parties

(1)Any party may be represented by an attorney for the purpose of suing out subpoenas and by an advocate or attorney for the purposes of examining, cross examining or re-examining witnesses or addressing the Court.

 

(2)The Director-General may be represented for the said purposes and for the purposes mentioned in regulation 13 by any person appointed by him whether or not such person is an advocate or attorney.
