Merchant Shipping Act, 1951 (Act No. 57 of 1951)

A licence issued in terms of section 70 of the Act before the commencement of these regulations is to be taken to have been issued in terms of these regulations and, subject to the terms and conditions of its issue, to be valid for the period for which it was issued.
