The Minister of Transport has, under section 356 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1951 (Act No. 57 of 1951), and section 3 of the Marine Pollution (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act, 1986 (Act No. 2 of 1986), made the regulations in the Schedule.
