(1) | As soon as practicable after making or reviewing an enforcement order, the Director-General must cause the maritime industry participant named in the order to be informed of the making of the order, or the decision on the review, as the cage requires. |
(2) | For the purposes of subregulation (1), the Director-General may cause a maritime industry participant to be informed by facsimile or e -mail, or orally. |
(3) | Failure to comply with this regulation does not affect the validity of the order. |
