81. Cancelling ISSCs

The Authority must, by written notice to the ship operator for a South African regulated ship, cancel the ISSC for the ship if either of the following occurs:

(a)there is no longer a ship security plan in force for the ship;
(b)the ship is no longer ISSC verified.
