26. | Map of port |
The map that must accompany a maritime security plan for a port operator in terms of regulation 46(2) must—
(a) | cover the whole security regulated port; and |
(b) | be of a size and scale that clearly shows the boundaries of the port and the location of any security zones established, or that the operator wishes to establish or change, within the area covered by the plan. |
27. | Protection of plan |
A port operator must ensure that the maritime security plan for the operator is protected against unauthorised access, amendment and disclosure.
