(1) | Every employer shall maintain a record book, in which he shall enter the full details of— |
(a) | any accident or dangerous occurrence referred to in section 259(1)(c) of the Act (including the date, names of persons concerned and the nature, if any, of any injuries suffered); |
(b) | any investigation, complaint or inspection referred to in terms of regulations 36 and 37. |
(2) | The employer shall keep the records specified in subregulation (1) for a period of at least three years, and shall make these records available to the safety committee, and to the Authority upon demand. |
