(1) | No person may, in connection with the handling, stowage and carriage of dangerous goods in a ship, knowingly or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided on or disobey instructions displayed on a ship of South African nationality in the interests of health or safety in pursuance of the Act. |
(2) | If a person in a ship carrying dangerous goods fails to comply with this regulation he or she is guilty of an offence. |
