Merchant Shipping Act, 1951 (Act No. 57 of 1951)

Section 249 of the Act (Reports of dangers to navigation) applies in relation to the skipper of a vessel to which these regulations apply as if the vessel were a ship to which that section applies otherwise than by virtue of this regulation.
