(1) | For the purpose of promoting the efficient administration of these regulations, the Director-General may, in writing— |
(a) | establish any co-ordinating structures the Director-General thinks fit; and |
(b) | determine the membership and functions of any established structure. |
(2) | Before establishing a structure contemplated in subregulation (1), the Director-General may consult— |
(b) | any other organ of state or person the Director-General thinks fit. |
(3) | A structure contemplated in subregulation (1) is to hold the meetings that are necessary for the efficient performance of its functions, but must meet at least once each year. |
(4) | The Director-General may consider any recommendations made by such structures. |
