(1) | An appeal against a decision under either section 57, 57A or 58 does not suspend the decision. |
(2) | Despite subsection (1)— |
(a) | an appeal in terms of section 57A or 58 against a decision to impose a fine suspends the obligation to pay the fine, pending the outcome of the appeal; |
(b) | the Labour Court map suspend the operation of the decision, pending the determination of the matter, if there are reasonable grounds for doing so. |
