1.1The employer must prepare an implementation plan for the COP that makes provision for issues such as organisational structures , responsibilities of functionaries and programmes and schedules for this COP that will enable proper implementation of the COP. (A summary of/and a reference to , a comprehensive implementation plan may be included) .

 

1.2Information may be graphically represented to facilitate easy interpretation of the data and to highlight trends for the purpose of risk assessment.
