1. Implementation plan

1.1The employer must prepare an implementation plan for its COP that makes provision for issues such as organisational structures, responsibilities of functionaries and programmes and schedules for the COP, that will enable proper implementation of the COP (a summary of, and a reference to a comprehensive implementation plan may be included).

 

1.2Information may be graphically represented to facilitate easy interpretation of the data and to highlight trends for the purposes of risk assessment.
