21. Ordinary hours of work

(1) Except as otherwise provided, a senior manager's ordinary hours of work must be stipulated in the employment contract and be in accordance with the operational requirements of the municipality.

 

(2) Notwithstanding subregulation (1) a senior manager must work at least 40 ordinary hours per week from Monday to Friday.
